"Update: Removing a star as the owner claims to have tried to contact me multiple times when my license came back invalid. This is incorrect information as I went through mine and my husband's call logs and have no missed calls from his team and my emails with Melanie are all saved, the last contact I had from her was to have a good weekend after submitting my information. First of all, Melanie is the sweetest most communicative agent I have ever dealt with. However, we started our policy with state farm and then underwriting decided that my driver license is invalid and cancelled our policy. I sent my driver's license information in after two weeks of getting this notice because when they sent it I was on vacation. I thought no news was good news after hearing back from Melanie stating she would let me know if there were any other questions. Somehow I missed a call from her(I have no record of a phone call) and did not know that our insurance had lasped. In trying to resolve this matter underwriting states they will not back date the lapse and I would have to start a new policy. After I paid money to the DMV to get my driving record to prove my license is active. On top of this my husband's license will be suspended if we do not submit the tags and pay a reinstatement fee. Frustrating situation, though I do not blame Melanie for this."

"Omg! Where do I start? I have been a value customer of State Farm for years. I left went to Allstate and came back. But today has been one of the worst experiences to encounter “Valerie” by far is the worst person to have a Job in a field of customer service. It doesn’t matter if she’s having a bad day or not, you don’t take your frustration out on customers. She started of wrong after explaining my current situation, she’d ask a question and when I try answering she’ll interrupt me as I speak by answering in her own term. Which is very rude and I got worse I let her take the time to for doing a lil research and I assume she couldn’t find the information she were looking for. So she ask me how long did I have a policy with State Farm, being that she had an attitude I got a bit sarcastic and told her it should be on her computer.
